This graph plots the range in temperature at any point in the thermal cycle. Note that the wafer never settled into a stable range at the high temperature, shown at 119 seconds to still exhibit a 1C range. Also notice the onset of reaching the chill plate resulted in an initial jump in range.

Graphic shows the response at each thermal probe point with respect to the average across the wafer. Each probe exhibits a separate (Delta-Temp) vs time curve. Some areas exhibit a lag in heating.
